Marjon joined Darel in 2022. Her drive and passion about climate change mitigation and energy transition is not only tangible in her work as a consultant, but also in her passion for teaching about these topics.
Combining her operational business background, experience in project management and business development with her passion, she brings people and parties together and drives change.
From September 2024 until late 2025 Marjon travelled around Eastern Africa in an electric Land Rover teaching about Climate Change. This experience increased the urgency to work on energy transition with Darel Consultancy and be involved with Darel Education.
