Diederik joined the Darel team in 2025. With a background in work and organisational psychology and change management, he focuses on strengthening performance to accelerate the energy transition. He integrates change-management theory and practice into the Darel way of working, amplifying our impact across clients and projects. Known for a people-centred style and a sharp focus on behaviour, he links a strategy for people excellence in the energy transition to concrete interventions that bring those behaviours to life.
